FP items that cost 10-100 etc.

There's a new update on the Kickstarter with information on how to buy more FP. Looking at the FP item list, there are some that have costs listed like 10-100 (for instance Unique Armor Skin). Did Mark ever explain what that 10-100 actually means? Will there be some unique armors that cost 10 while others may cost 100? Or does it mean he hasn't decided on the final cost yet but it will be within the range 10-100 (decide already!)?

    I was thinking it meant it starts at 10 fp, and to get "all" of them it's 100FP, at last that's what I assumed.

    (IE because the reserve your name pledge) why would certiain names cost "more" fp?

    hopefully it'll b ecleared up soon.
