Question for CSE staff about FP's please?

Hey guys, could we get a little clarification on FP items please?

 

Such as:

Proc - 1 time use? used by crafters?

Weapon Glow - 1 time use?

Special Recipes - Cosmetic only? 1 time use?

 

These are just an example, the ones im personally most interested in too, but could we have some information on how they will be implemented, that way we will know if its going to be something that we really want to invest in.

Also willl these be founders only items, as in special procs nobody else could craft, if they dont use the FP's to get them. Will it be a special weapon glow that is different from normal crafter item glow (god I hope crafters can make weapons glow and proc).

 

 

 

This is a little extra tidbit here, but I would love to see crafters, in some way, be able to add their little special mark on weapons and armors in some way, perhaps a very small uploadable texture file, created by the crafter himself in photoshop, like a special crafter's crest OR perhaps an interactive crafters interface, in which they have the option to place predefined objects, such as spikes, skulls, gemstones, runes, paint, and other things, giving them a way to make their crafted +5 str gloves look different than someone else's.

Though I suppose this might be  a little more system intensive as far as lag goes, given that people will have to "render" many different textures in huge battles.

I hope they give us more info on all of them really. A bit more detail will be nice. I expect they will sometime during the kickstarter though. Once there's more detail about the items, I can decide better how to spend my points. As to whether crafters will make procs/glowies, I'm sure they will since players will be getting all their craftables from crafters. We had them with alchemists in DAOC, so I don't see why they wouldn't in CU.

I think they'll hit us with a KS update about the points and Founder's Exchange pretty soon. Hope so anyway.
