If you haven't already, you need to check out a new title from Digital Extremes called Warframe.

Warframes are the sets of armor you unlock and upgrade that give you different abilities and traits. As you progress and level up, you gain currency and unlock new weapons, whether it be melee or ranged.
You take on many different missions either by yourself or you can open up a party for others to join. There isn't much content right now like missions and items in the market but I feel the game is going to really pick up and there will be awesome content added in later down the road. Here is a gameplay of one of the missions I did recently with the Volt Warframe.

BTW, it is on steam, and it is F2P.
I am definitely checking it out.

It's a very fun shooter rpg. I've been very addicted to it for the last week or so.
