Looking for an artist for a new TCG

I have a concept and part-means to make a TCG based game and I am wondering where I would look, or go to find an artist for hire, or of like interests to help do some graphic work? 

The setting is dark fantasy / post apocalyptic and I would really want an artist that likes to draw in this genre. Does anyone know where such artists might be found?
