Here is offering a prayer to all the runners, friends, family, and medical responders affected by this horrible tragedy. 

A deep hope that this is a limited incident and not the precursor some people are speculating it to be.

Love hope and peace...

    Its looking like its limited. A guy is under police guard in hospital
