Preformance EA Games/Sony

Well, I have been thinking about this for quite some time. Who do you think is worse in preformace either it be costomer serive, product, or support for product between EA and Sony? I have heard alot of tales and rants the most about these two companies and I figured I'd see what everyone here thinks.

Personally, I haven't had many problems if any with EA Games through some of the games I own from them like, C&C Generals, BF series, and MoH. Sony, on the other hand, I have had some problems with games like Champions RTA (tons of bugs and easily noticed) and Planetside.
