What about TSW, not exaactly free to play but it wouldn't cost you alot to pick up the game and once you have purchased it then it's totally free to play:)

practically 100% story driven aswell.
This is on my list - read a lot about it when it came out and now that it is b2p i might get it at some point - does look like my kind of game - makes me wish WODO would hurry up and get released - that one i would even subscribe to!
