Any1 participating in CISPA today?

Guess this site isn't.  I don't own a website unless you want to count my Google Blooger.  I hear people are just saying, "Don't access the internet at all.  Just stay off of it."  I'm kinda like, how would the government know you were not online?  Not much a protest there?
