by Zack Braff funded 2 million dollars with in 3 days ya 3 days. The goal was 2 million dollars. Sound fimilar? So why is CU having such a hard time funding with four days to go? Frustrating to say the least.
Any thoughts on why CU is not funding the 2 million unlike similar kickstarter programs??
Oh apology to the mods I posted this after the fact that I realize that the kickstarter posts should be posted in the kickstarter thread. My bad.
Sorry

Because a very small amount of people want it.

Just taking a stab in the dark here, but maybe DAoC was not as popular as people remember? Not trying to be snarky, but doesn't lack of funding kind of coincide with lack of interest with these projects?

Personally the only modern MMORPG trend that annoys me is the idea that MMOs need to be designed in a way to attract people who don't actually like MMOs. Which to me makes about as much sense as someone trying to figure out a way to get vegetarians to eat at their steakhouse.- FARGIN_WAR
Exactly.
Because it's Zach Braff.
Are you daft?
Help get Camelot Unchained made, a old-school MMORPG, with no hand holding!

CU still might fund.
Who is more famous, Zach Braff or Mark Jacobs?
Watching multi-millinaires use Kickstarter is getting a bit disgusting.
Because it's fucking Zach Braff, the kickstarter page got 100,000+ likes in 3 days for a reason, he's well known.
I played DAoC and loved it, I am following CU but decided not to back it since all they gave us are some character models, no details on the game except some vague details on how things might possibly maybe work. The 10 part Mark-a-thon was the killer for me, no content apart from his babbling.
He should invest his promised 2 million with the 1 million he has from investors, make something that's close to a finished game and then put in on kickstarter.
