My current fav MMO company would have to be, eh, none really. Not because I'm a sour grape, just none really stand tall above the crowd in my opinion. I can't stand GW2 but their CS team always did okay by me when I had issues. I lost 40$ worth of gems due to all the trading post issues at release and even though it took them literally 3 months to address the issue they gave me $80 worth of gems to compensate. I've never had a similar issue with other companies to judge their CS from, however.
Non-MMO, I tend to be purchasing a ton of Atlus and Nippon Ichi/NIS, so I'd go for them.
I really like Blizzard, not many IPs but all 3 are extremely sucessfull and their quality over quanity approach really pays off.Plus they listen to the players as much as they can. They also have hands down the best and most professional customer support I've ever experienced.
Valve is also awsome as well for much the same reasons as Blizzard.

As for NEXON - rotfl, no just no. What else? Why not Zynga, EA, Bigpoint or PWE? Well OP it seems we judge companies very diffrently.
