LF Guild on Deepwood

I recently moved all my characters to the Deepwood server (codename: derpwood), following a friend of mine (woot for free and instant character transfers!). 

I'm looking for a fairly laid-back guild that also does end-game experts/raiding.  Essentially a well-rounded guild where there's no hard pressure.  I play as often as I can, but can sometimes not be online for 3 days or so.

 

I'm also curious as to how many MMORPG members are playing Rift (and are bold enough to state it).
