Depends actually. I think all four of the servers are relatively the same in size. The big difference though is that Blue Dragon will have a lot more players that are 5 months into their progression. The other three only about 3 weeks worth of progression. So if you wan that challenge, then go for it. Other than that, whichever server you pick, do yourself a service and join a decent guild too. You will open up even more content by joining a guild.
thanks for the reply...i was also wondering is there a ganking problem in the game ..like is there a null sec area where you can be ganked without notice..and how's the end game
From what I have seen there are two different types of ganking going on. Some of it is actually guild grudges or certain guild trying to deny certain others from certain areas. An example would be a certain major guild denying and ganking/pk'ing rival guilds in the major trade hubs areas to prevent them from putting up trade stalls and earning money by selling their goods since it's a heavy player dependent economy. The other version is random no-bodies (basically unguilded characters that noone cares about) that get ganked sometimes for the fun of it or becuase they are harvesting mats in an area that someone that is stronger wants. However, keep in mind that people can't just gank scott free. They will gain infamy, which doesn't take much, and could then end up in jail with real time sentencing that actually has to be served before being released. This can last anywhere from 20 minutes of game time to several hours. Bounties can also be placed to where constables (think bounty hunter in this case) hunt those players down for the money reward. One of the reasons also why I say to join a guild is becuase it's possible your guild name carries a level of respect to where others won't mess with you becuase they are either allies or afraid of the wrath that your guild might bring in the form of escort raiding, guild wars, etc. etc.
Oh and there are no real safe areas, but again, it's not a free for all blood bath without consequence like Age of Conan. There are various school rules and some player run diplomacy that mainly dictates these things. However, if you remain guildless no one will really care what happens to you. Just saying.
They actually put up a server listing yesterday. Red Phoenix, the newest of the servers, was the only one that listed as "Full". Not really sure what that means other than it is the most populated among the active servers. Didn't try creating anything to see if it would lock you out or not as I am already there. If you can create there however, it would be the ideal place to get reasonable start. I set up a stall every morning in one of the starting villages and I make unbound money every day, that's what you want if you want to be able to eat without having to either become a chef, cheat, or possibly do other unspeakable things that a Wuxia hero just should be out there doing :P

Yeah, I've been noticing that too. It probably has to do with the fact that Red Phoenix is the only one of the new servers to be listed as "new server". I imagine most new players just assume that it's the ONLY new server and pick it because of that, despite the other two servers only being a few days older. I made a thread about it on the official forums actually (asking snail why they took the "new player" tags off the other two) but no one ever responded. It really doesn't make much sense especially considering that RP consistently suffers from queues during busier times of the week. If they advertised White Tiger and Black Tortoise as being new servers too, the population would probably be a lot more even amongst the three.
Ah well, I guess things will probably stabilize in the end anyway.

Black Tortoise isn't, don't go to it. Go to one of the other 3, just not Black Tortoise.
