LF a True MMOFPS

I'm looking for an MMOFPS, and I mean a true one. All these sites that say that the FPS games on their lists are mmos, and 95% of the time this isn't true. I want a game that has 1 large world that I can run around and shoot people, no lobbys, no limited player rooms. Is there such a game? The only thing I can think of at the moment is Dayz, but I don't want to buy Arma 2  to play the mod. I'm pretty sure the stand alone game isn't out yet either.

    hmm don't know how I did it, but I accidently erased part of my post regaurding PS2. Don't really enjoy the game, overall it's just boring imo.

    dark fall from what I know its a medieval kind of combat, and its bugged like hell

     

    well you can try earth fallen you can play it first person or 3th person, and if you jsut want a shooter you can try defiance, but its a 3th person
