Anyone else getting endless spam from the Neverwinter launcher and if so how did you stop it?

Not sure that is a launcher issue, sounds like you either have a version conflict issue with some of your software or you could have a bug on your computer.
The launcher does not spam me whatsoever, so it leads me to believe this is isolated with you. However you can always try the Neverwinter forums to see if the issues is more wide spread.
No but ever since I installed it my Norton keeps popping up an alert for 6913D6C6.tmp
Did a google search and no info at all.

If Norton identified it they should have a definition on their website somewhere.
"There are at least two kinds of games.
One could be called finite, the other infinite.
A finite game is played for the purpose of winning,
an infinite game for the purpose of continuing play."
Finite and Infinite Games, James Carse
I don't get spammed with web pages or anything. I just keep getting the 6913D6C6.tmp alert. It happens at random times, even when I'm not using Neverwinter. I will try a spyware scan as you suggest though, thanks.
P.S. @Chelan
That's the odd thing there is no definition on the website.

I would look for something other then mcaffee or norton antivirus. They are often targeted due to their larger user base. I would go with a lesser known anti-virus company imo.
I have used Norton for years and this is the only persistent issue I have not been able to find a solution to. Like I said I will run a full scan and a spyware scan and see what happens.

can you post more information such as the full pathname of the file? The file could be a random name but more information would be better.
