I played the first ten levels of NeverWinter and love the atmosphere and combat. Hated the healing method(s) and cash shops. Anyone know of other games with similar atmo/combat?

Well the healing is part of the combats system so it couldn't be too wonderful! I found the combat a bit weak due to being rooted all the time. The game itself is spectacular though as far as the world and content are concerned.
Ok, have you tried Dungeons and Dragons Online? It may be what you were asking about. The combat is fairly close to the same and it has instanced areas all over as well.
