Defiance gets ok for second season.

On Facebook defiance just announcedbthey for the green light for a second season. I'm pretty happy about that. I am going to be expecting them to makengood on somenof thier promises for game/show cross overs though.

Would like to see them make an alternate reality app too like googles ingress game, but with arkfalls.

Anyways. Yeah a second season!

 Yeah, several people high up said typically the numbers won't produce enough data to justify making that decision until at least six weeks into the series. 

 I am guessing the viewer numbers are pretty high. Looking forward to seeing more, between that and the information released about the DLC I am pretty happy. 

 Sadly my new job is cutting out a lot of my play time.

I saw information on another site claiming almost 5 million viewers and if that is true then its not too bad

Let me tell you what, I am a sci-fi junkie and a hard core political freak, this show so far has both, I am in love with the show, as for the game well I need more content but overall it's good, I am happy as hell that this show is getting the green light for season 2.

That is good news.  The first ep had everything I would have asked for in a sci fi show.  I'm not "hooked" yet but I am impressed with everything I've seen so far.

I don't love the show as is but I do miss having a sci-fi show to watch. I'm happy it has more time to develop.

Of course it did.  SyFy has put a fortune into the show and game, so they don't mind pushing another season to see if it will build an audience.  Too bad they didn't do this with several other shows that blow Defiance out of the water.

Both the show and the game are OK, although with time I am more confident in the show improving as they develop  the characters.

While I enjoy the game it has reinforced the fact that I am not good at shooters.

I doubt that is true as it would be one of the most watched cable tv shows.

I'm really happy they got a 2nd season, I love the show so far.

In fact the only 2 shows I have watched weekly as they are released in years are:  Defiance & The walking dead !

 

(Well i canned cable tv a while ago but i buy the season on amazon and get them as they are released)

The show is actually okay - the first 2 episodes a bit boring but now that the characters and the hidden plots has been built up it is actually getting good.
