I can easily see someone trying dozens upon dozens of MMOs over the course of five years. I would love to see someone list the ones they tried so I can laugh my ass off as a certain group derails the entire thread into dissecting which on the list are real MMOs and which aren't.

Gamers are far too prone to excessive exaggeration, as you well know. Every viewpoint must be expressed with only the maximum possible dramatic fashion. Dammit, I am upset! Look at me!
All you can do about it is retain a reasonable level of skepticism.
Hey, I didn't say a thing to the fellow who claimed to be a vet of 70 titles a few days back. It's at least possible, I guess.
Self-pity imprisons us in the walls of our own self-absorption. The whole world shrinks down to the size of our problem, and the more we dwell on it, the smaller we are and the larger the problem seems to grow.
