I am currently not playing anything I haven't been able to find a game that recreates the magic that Vanilla WoW - WoW BC made for me any suggestions....and no GW2 doesn't cut it
There are times when one must ask themselves is it my passion that truly frightens you? Or your own?
After being laid up for 3 years from recuperating from chemo and doing nothing but playing mmorpgs I've decided to lay down the obsession and do other things for myself for entertainment ( reading, outdoors, socializing, art, meditation). I feel mmorpgs have lost their luster and I could care less if someone creates the next big game.
But I don't knock them, they were fun during the time I've played them and I have some good memories.
I'm just enjoying the freedom of not feeling like I "have" to log onto something or fear of loosing progress, of not catching up to guild mates or what have you. That anxiety is gone.

I was going to try it but the Perma-death and full loot PvP put me off.
Mostly playing real life but playing some Runes of Magic in my free-time.
I played WoW up until WotLK, played RoM for 2 years and now Rift. I am F2P player. I support games when I feel they deserve my money and I want the items enough. I don't troll, and I don't take kindly to trolls.
Figuring out what my life purpose is and also what the big picture of mankind is. Learning ancient history as well. Teehee.
Good for you!
I am convinced there is only one way to eliminate these grave evils, namely through the establishment of a socialist economy, accompanied by an educational system which would be oriented toward social goals.

how's the endgame ?
Best game? The grind is horrible. You have to sleep and waste time every day. There is no LFD button for me to go to work. Does anyone really want to drive the same route again, again and again everyday?
And there is no quit button for group & drama. RL is the worst game ever. Otherwise, why do we need entertainment?

Funny are those who create accounts over the mmorpg gaming website and then acting like smart ones They must be really desprite if they need to show off here.. sad rl they must have
playing Tera and want to give it a try to Neverwinter. Just waiting for ARR and AA.
Wow, I actually just got what RL was, but only after others commented on it too. Boy do I feel bright today!
Neverwinter, really enjoying the game, working with the foundry, gonna take some time. Pretty easy to use, but keep trying every step is kinda time consuming. Wonder how long people work on Foundry missions.
Fallout New Vegas, loved FO3. But for some reason I thought FNV would feel small. Well it definitly isn't and worth the 4,99 sale price. Just didn't look to much into it before release else might have bought it sooner.
Planet Explorers, true definition of a sandbox game.

Of course, your mileage may vary
I've never understood this. I think it's a themepark symptom. In SWG I logged in when I wanted to and enjoyed my friends. It was like taking mini-vacations. I never felt like I had to log in for anything specific.
A sure sign that you are in an old, dying paradigm/mindset, is when you are scared of new ideas and new technology. Don't feel bad. The world is moving on without you, and you are welcome to yell "Get Off My Lawn!" all you want while it happens. You cannot, however, stop an idea whose time has come.
1. SWTOR. Loving the game despite the naysayers. Got several level 55's.
2, World of Tanks. I pop in to play a few matched before I go to bed and debate tanks in the game with my brother in law.
3. Eve Online. Unfortunately I don't have tons of time to play due to RL obligations. I still sub to skill up mainly, but do find the time to do some missions.
4. Star trek Online. I still pop in once in a while to do a mission or two.
All my opinions are just that..opinions. If you like my opinions..coolness.If you dont like my opinion....I really dont care. Playing: ESO, WOT, Smite, and Marvel Heroes
GW2 and GTA Series atm. Going to play a bit of vindictus soon as well.

I'm playing a game called real life.

Darkfall.
When I'm harvesting or doing something else that doesn't require my immediate attention I'm in a UO freeshard or playing around with Age of Wushu.
The above is my personal opinion. Anyone displaying a view contrary to my opinion is obviously WRONG and should STHU. (neener neener)
