CONNECTING... server down?

Sooo I got the Please Wait , message in-game after fighting about 20 mandas in the void and i get out of game and when i get try to back in it says connecting for about an hour.

Anyone know if server is down or whats wrong? i can get on every other game out there but not this 1 it just says connecting...
