LF PVP

I need help finding a game. Some input:

I like open world PVP. I don't mind beeing targeted while I'm questing. I played wow for some time and enjoyed this aspect of the game, and although sometimes the combat was not fair, I had some epic fights...

But sadly, I can not cope with wow anymore.

I'm currently playing Darkfall Unholy Wars, but that is a desperate measure, because I hate fps mechanics. I really like to have a lot of action bars, cause I love to have many options during combat. Letting the skill vs tab targeting discussion aside, I feel that with several skills to choose from, the combat tend to be decided by strategy.

So, listing the characteristics I'm looking for:

1) PVP: it can have instanced PVP, BGs, Arenas, etc, as long as it also have some form of open world PVP.

2) Any model will do: F2P, P2P, B2P

3) Fantasy Setting

4) At least a moderate population

5) Quest oriented or grinding. I dont care.

6) Must not be one of these games (I already played and do not plan to go back): Aion, Warhammer, WOW, TSW, GW2, DDO,

7) Better if released after 2010, but I can deal with dated graphics if it has a good population

At the moment I'm considering going back to Rift, AOC or trying TERA.

I appreciate any input anyone can give about one of these or any other game that is not currently on my radar.

Tera's combat is significantly different from traditional tab target combat, you should try it and see what you think.  I now find it very difficult to enjoy tab target PvP after playing it.
