So it looks like they're using the old price plan scheme, where you pay x amount for your sub, then you pay for each character you want?  This game looks great but me being an Alt-a-holic can't seem to get past the fact that its $3 per character per month and a $7 per month fee (my feeling is they should have just raised the fee to $10 per month, gave you 2 characters and sold extra slots for like 5$ or $10 like other MMO's do) and yes I know the argument about being able to change classes on the fly by swapping weapons and all, but I like to play different races and I can't help to think that they're going to be back in the same boat again after this re-launches due to the subscription structure.  I bet the numbers will go up over the short term but drop again once people start having to pony up for the sub fee and character fees each month.  I would like to see this one succeed after all the work they put into it but I just can't help but think the U.S. market won't get over the pricing structure for this game (I always felt it contributed to its decline in the first place, along with other things).

$15 a month gets you 8 characters per server and 40 characters across all servers.

BTW you only need on character.... each character can be all classes in the game.

I still looking a future  free 2 play  mmo,  not pay 2 win  and there is a real money auction house. A MMO company that thinking different type of trading so no other website scam and no other website  allowed giving discount. Very simple make a program the game coins can only trade in auction house not in the carracter. The game company can earn a money by collecting 10% or 50% Tax in real money auction house. The game still can survive improving many years if there is real money auction house.

Was this a joke? A cash auction house? I'm guessing you have never pulled out your wallet once for the games you play or you would not have even suggested this. People pay monthly for good reason. The community is better for starters, people aren't trolling left right and center because the games f2p and they can just make a new account with nothing out of pocket. Have you ever tried putting a clan together in a f2p game? Its like forming an army out of the terminally ill. Every week half the clan dies off and you have to start recruiting again. Not to mention that the money is going towards new content in patches and updates. Sure expansions will cost more but if its a good game then what's the problem? 13$ a month is money well spent if it means I don't have to play with an over abundance of children and look at a cash shop every time I log in.
