No, I just jingled my keys at the screen and stood on my head... isn't that supposed to work?
I had to log in over and over (about 11 times) before it finally worked.

I had the same problem, make sure to enable 3rd party cookies
i havent received an invitation yet either.
i cannot post on their kickstarter page, like many people do, to let them know.
i donated just 5$ through paypal, when it opened up for europeans, so maybe they hate cheapass backers :P
i emailed "CSE support" with all the donation info two days ago, but still nothing.

I am waiting, but donated only yesterday through PayPal. So maybe in a month...
