I haven't logged into an MMO every night since the launch of SWTOR. Currently super casually playing LOTRO, but it's pretty boring. Was thinking about firing up EVE or UO again...
For the future I think at this point only EQNext is something I'd consider, depending on it's features, which TBH I can almost guarantee will be a huge let down. It seems there's a giant disconnect currently between game creators and game consumers. Everything releasing lately is just garbage right out of the gate. Wildstar could be fun for a month or two. TESO is going to suck balls. Beautiful world filled with the same features we have seen for the past 5 years at least.

That actually made me LOL. Seriously.
Lets just be overly dramatic.
I think the OP meant more along the lines of what games you are going to play.
For me I plan on trying EQnext, Archeage, and FFXIV:ARR.
Just because I'm a gamer doesn't mean I drive a Honda.
Guild Wars 2, in for the long haul and have been since launch. The only significant problem I've run into lately is that WvW is so time consuming I'm not having enough time to catch up on all the content they're adding every couple weeks.

yeah .. but why pass up the chance for some drama?
EQN i will check out. It is F2P so there is zero reason not to give it a 30 min trial. Whether i will play longer than that, depends on if the game is fun for me.
Committed? Well my LOTRO sub goes until August so I guess that's a commitment. But I only log in once a month or so. Playing Rift these days and building out Dimensions on a longterm sub.
At this moment know one knows if EQNext will be P2P or F2P. Just because Sony has done F2P on several titles over the last couple years, doesn't mean they will do it on a big project like EQNext.

hi i play wizard 101 .it cost but it is fun and they up date, every week, they do mantince. so i recommend wizard 101 i have taken a break from fly for fun.
Wow, after reading a few pages on this thread, doesn't seem like no one is commited to just one game these days. I'm really looking forward to ffxiv, hoping i'll be able to call that home for the next few years....hopefully like i did with ffxi. Getting really close now ^^.
i have been surprisingly sucked in by Defiance, FireFall (a Defiance with options and depth, imo), but still dabble.

I wish I could say "me!", but I haven't been committed to an mmo for years now. I do still play them from time to time in small doses, but no longer have that feeling of excitement and commitment. Hope it comes back at some point.

Have just been playing GW2 for the past several months. Nothing else appeals to me.
When a well made sandbox mmo comes out I'll be looking for that. Before hearing details of TESO I had thought that game would be it.
On the flip side, I've saved quite a bit of money by not purchasing every new mmorpg that comes out like I used to.

Cant commit to any game the last 7 years or so.
Still have some hopes for eqnext, if that game fails I wont care for mmorpg's for the near future.
Looks like it is going to be f2p.
