FF XIV: ARR Beta Next Phase Today?

Hey guys I am a beta tester for FF XIV: ARR and wondering when in Eastern Time, we can play it again, I hear the beta phase is starting back up today again, the new phase. Is this true? Or is it tommorow? Thanks!

    It says 21-23 .As to time i have no idea they only show PDT and  9 GMT ,i have no idea how that relates to my EST time zone.IDk perhaps 2 pm est,since that is when their support offices open up.

    Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
