well i just cancelled my acct today but it doesn't end til july 14th. so i figure i still got 2 1/2 mos to go to see if blizzard can change my mind. my biggest and most important gripe is the fact that a level 60 rogue has almost no chance of getting a group unless you have a priest friend to help you get a group going. all i do is shout for groups in IF and can never get one. in fact i haven't gotten a group, besides the few i do with the guild, for over a month now. i thought the honor system will help me kill time til i can get a group but its been 4 days of fighting in hilsbrad and thats not cutting it anymore. basically WoW was so great til you hit lvl 60. I LOVE the fact that i could solo and not have to count on other people to progress in the game. its pointless to farm for gold since blizzard decided to use that crappy bind on pick up system that makes gold almost worthless except for the epic mounts.
i guess i wouldn't be so frustrated and disappointed had they made it easier for a rogue to get a group or just add a damn solo instance thats extremely hard but very rewarding at the same time. its just gotten too boring to gank all day now.
Banned from Blizzard cause I was too GOOD!!!

Well I can't really say that it's your own fault, but rogues are a dime a dozen. Also they are geared from their own class description to work alone. I feel sorry for rogues sometimes and I think them along with hunters should have many quest geared toward their class.
Maybe more rogue only quest where they do more stuff devoted to get faction or nice items from Ravenholt or SD:1 (can't remember the name). The quest at level 20 to get your poisoning skills was sweet. It made you feel like you really was a rogue. I didn't have to kill a single soul.
Maybe a timed quest to plant a false letter on a enemy leader.
A quest to sneak behind enemy lines to deliver a poison to their water supply.
A assassination quest where you have one shot to hit a enemy leader with a range weapon using only the first-person perspective.
A quest to do a jailbreak of a hostage behind enemy lines where you have to pick the cell's lock.
More quest where you have to pickpockets to gain key items in the fight for your side.
A quest to locate and disarm a bomb planted in one of the major cities.
I just wish that Blizzard would show rogues more love, I mean it's not the player's fault they picked a popular class.....

57 and haven't grouped outside of my group in more than a month. It is kind of sad because a month ago I was in my 20s. So now, thanks for making me feel normal, heh. I just thought people on my server didn't like me. It's basically gotten to the point that if I don't join a group with my guild or someone on my friends list, I don't join a group at all.
I would like to feel more useful in groups higher up so people will see me in a few days and say "Hey, a level 60 rogue sure would help our group a lot." If that's too much to ask for, I sure do like the ideas behind Ramonskii's quests. Those look like they would be fun. Really Metal Gear Solidish spy work and stuff sounds right up the rogue's alley.
I have to agree with guy that says problem is rogues are a dime a dozen.
Fact remains i never seen a raid party be it just 10 man or a full raid go without a rogue.
So essentially there is always a slot for a rogue in a raid .Same goes for say the warlock. But when there is a rogue in every corner of course most will be left out a raid.
Whereas despite my raid never takes more then one warlock (sometimes we take up to 3 rogues as they are easiest to find to fill slots) we still have a problem finding one because they are so few .
So a warlock would normally have no trouble getting on a raid .
But if you need a rogue just one shout in orgimaar gets you spammed with replies.
I dont know why you guys are complaining now. Rogues are so overpowered that they can solo all the way up very easily and fast and in the way, they usually never want to help other people. Now that they need help, people rather stay away from them....we get used to not group with a rogue!.
Last night i grouped with a rogue and a pally and went straight to Uldaman....in the middle of the fight the rogue started telling the pally that he believed that they can run through the instance without me, so they can get all the loot and more xp...inmediately i left the group and stonehearted to IF. What a stupid rogue!! I mean, sorry for all the nice people out there, but i have faced similar situations very often while playing.
Other situation i had: I like to help newbies, and i started helping a newbie with my lvl 20 priest. He was always asking my help, i gave him money and items so he could advance easier...when he reached my level (which he did in less than a week) I asked him to help me with my quests...his answer: "Sorry man...cant help you!! Need to level up!!"....Can u believe that? Now that he is high level he is sending messages to my priest to help him go through instances and heal him!!! ha ha ha what a stupid person!! Not in a million years or even for an Epic mount.!!! And he got stucked at level 50.
So, this kind of behavior is very common and it is strenghtened by the fact that they are so overpowered making them think they can do everything by themselves. I feel sorry for the nice rogue players but those are very rare in the game and they pay for the others.
Add that to the huge amount of rogues out there and you are done!!
got same problem :-/ I suggest , begin a paladin, also pretty fun to play and everyone wants you in his party
Don't fight for the victory, fight for the fight !
