MMOs that have no separate EU/US servers

So I am in that mood again looking for a MMO or two to play, having recently burnt out on Neverwinter. My experience has been very mixed, but one thing I did applaud was the fact that EU and US people were on the same server, are there more games like this, outside of Perfect World titles and The Secret World?

It may appear an odd question. I am from Europe, and always am very busy around daytime and evening, so most of my playtime is late evening and night. While US servers are an option, some servers have given me a huge latency.

Are there other MMOs out there that do away with the continental server separatation? if so, which ones are there? Not necessarily looking for an exact recommendation, although I do favour fantasy based games.
