Making a comeback?

With all this miracle patch talk... I logged in. Founder for $200 last november or 2 novembers ago I think, who knows. Anyway, game looks nice, feels great, and open world pvp+action shooter combat? Next patch could be quite interesting, hoping the game has some redeeming qualities, since I $200 foundered it. I guess we'll know in 5 days! Anyone else feel he game has gotten better?

err to be honest even if they do something to make it amaeing im so burned from when I first got a founders pack im not sure I could enjoy it anymore.

The latest patch 'was' nice.  I'll give it that.  It fixed a lot of animation and AI bugs, and gave the game a lot more spit and polish.   If anything, it sure looks beautiful with all the settings cranked up.  The game is improving more and more.

..but i'll say it again.  Theres no 'meat' in this game.  If there is, then they must still be working on it.

I have a bad feeling that theres going to be a lot of bored, 'meh' people when they find out that there aren't any treadmills or carrots on sticks to chase to the end of the game.

Its literally just mining, crafting and grinding on bugs.  I'm fine with this, but I just get this creeping sense of dread that the MMO community in general won't react positively to this.

As much as I love this game, i'm going to continue to be that crazy homeless guy holding up a cardboard sign at the side of the road as you wait for the gates to open.
