Graphic card issues.

I am having dual ati 7950. I was playing Aion one day and everything was fine, it does not matter if i play the game in Full Screen Mode or Window Full Screen Mode, the game ran perfectly. After i downloaded Crysis 3 and start playing, i notice i have low fps, so i go to AMD CCC to check and see that the 2 graphics card were not set in Crossfire mode, so i enabled it and the FPS in Crysis 3 sky rocketed, so everything was good there. However, after playing Crysis 3 i logged b to Aion and i start having a problem. Aion was in Full Screen mode this time, but everytime i make a teleport to a different map, the game lagged after the loading screen, i can often see a whole building is missing and the FPS was low, so i Alt+tab out then atl+tab back in the game, then the game start playing smoothly without any issue, but the problem will happen again if i change map. So i put it back to Window Full Screen mode, and i have no lag after changing map, However, if i move my character, say i am runing straight, the screen makes a quick shake every 1 or 3 seconds, and that is really annoying. I tried to update the driver, clean up the dust, swapping the position of 2 cards, reinstall the game, but i still having the problem. It only occurs when i play Aion, other games are fine. What do you guys think?

Does the issue persist if you take the cards out of crossfire mode?

I disabled the Crossfire, the game does not lag after i changed map, how ever, i do see the screen make a quick shake every few seconds, and that does not happen when I'm in crossfire mode.
