Any Good Wireless Headsets?

I have been using the Logitech G930 for a couple years and I think it is time to find a new headset.  I get random disconnects and the constant, but low-volume static is annoying.  On top of that, the software doesn't work right every once in a while, making the simulated 7.1 surround and the programmable buttons on the headset not work at all.

Traditional speakers are not a good idea in my apartment.  I don't want to bother my neighbors with video game sounds or movies.  Also, people I'm talking to in TeamSpeak don't need to hear my game sounds.

The new headset I buy must be wireless.  I like being able to step away from my computer and still use voice chat or hear if my character in games gets attacked.  I don't like cords which always seem to get in my way.  I can tolerate charging the headset with a cord, but I still find the cord annoying at times.

The ear pieces must be circumaural.  My ears hurt if something presses against them for long periods.  The sound dampening of cicrumaural is nice for immersion too.

The battery must be rechargeable while using the headset.  Requiring me to stop gaming due to a low battery is unacceptable.

I would prefer the headset to have at least a volume control on it.  If it has other (programmable) buttons, those are nice, but I can live without them.  I mostly used the buttons to pause online TV shows if I was still away from my computer when commercials were over, but I stopped using Hulu.

I am not an audiophile.  If the sound quality is good enough for movies and gaming, then I'll be happy with it.

Budget is not an issue.  However, the higher price they are, the more scrutinizing I will be by reading negative reviews.  I won't buy a product if it has a lot of reviews indicating a bad build quality or defective or easily breakable plastic.  The Corsair Vengeance 2000 is one that I won't buy due to so many people saying their plastic broke.

I want to avoid Creative products.  Their lack of driver support for Windows Vista left me with a paperweight for a sound card  several years ago and the way they handled community feedback and support for the issue was unacceptable.

One headset I was looking at is the Turtle Beach Ear Force Z300.  I like the features of it, but it doesn't release until September, according to their site.

If anyone else has a great wireless headset for the PC, let me know.  I might wait until September-October to buy if I can't find a suitable headset before the Z300 releases.

Please specify what you think is bad about Turtle Beach.  I have read reviews, and they seem to have far fewer major issues with their products than other brands.

As I mentioned in my first post, I do not like Creative Labs due to their business decisions.  I would only buy from them if their product is truly superior than the others.  Please be more specific about what you think is better about Creative's headsets.
