A question about the closed beta download

I have a slow internet download speed. So when I tried to download the closed beta it took too long so i didnt download it all the way. When the game goes open beta / full release/ phase 4 will i need to download a whole new file or once i download this beta I wont have to do too much downloading from here on out (maybe just patches or whatever).

P4 OB and release won't use the Beta Client Last CB p3 Beta ended This morning so Beta Client is now Worthless and can be deleted.
