after finishing last of us, decided I will not play games until beta and focus on gym/healthy food /family/social life until 9th before I dive into my tiny office and spend 6-7hrs a day playing again
For me there isn't a MMO I am currently interested in playing. So I am playing MLB 2K13 on my 360 and Diablo 3 on my PC. Between the two of them, they will keep me more than busy with the gaming time I have available. Of course once FF XIV comes out, then I will be playing that. Sadly I have no idea what I am going to start with in terms of class or even race and gender for that matter.
Well, I'm back in LOTRO as there's a ton of stuff I never did past level 65. But also trying to make some progress in Fallout 3, finish off Dragonborn in Skyrim so I can try the new Falskaar content mod. Also poking around in Age of Wulin.
There there's Fallout: New Vegas, Sleeping Dogs, Hitman Absolution, Borderlands 2, Divinity II and Assassin's Creed II, all of which I picked up in the Steam Sale for less than €10 each
Me? Well the last storm that came through wiped out my motherboard and I had to frankenstein a computer together from various parts laying around in my closet. I'm using an old 30lb CRT monitor hooked up to some sweet sweet integrated graphics as well ^^. But hey at least I have some means of entertainment until I can afford repairs later next month.
Oh sigh, woe is me. During this time I'll be watching Gintama and some other super long anime series to keep me occupied as graphical fancies are out of the question. Also reading some manga, namely Gantz and Bleach.
P.S. If anyone has a nice old Asus 775 socket motherboard on sale for cheap I'd be a happy camper .
I too contemplated a return to WoW, but not for 2 weeks worth of play, the cost isn't worth it. So, I hope into Rift daily for my artifact box and a small amount of PVP then I get frustrated and log off. Then I try some GW2, get immersed for about an hour then I realize the endgame isn't worth leveling for and I log off in frustration. Now I just got Endless Space and it's OK, hoping I can find some mods that make the tech trees a bit more user friendly and less tech talk.
Otherwise, I just keep thinking about FFXIV and how it tickles all the points I want in an MMO and how sad it is that I haven't seen that since 2004, when I stopped playing FFXI and hopped on the WoW wagon.
Oh, and I'm also browsing any and all FTP games yet again, hoping one might have some charm to it for a few weeks, but so far, no luck.
this sounds like me lol
I noticed, hehe. Have you figured out which server you will be playing on and do you have a linkshell yet? I'm asking in hopes of finding something myself and since we both seem to have the same mindset with our MMOs why not try whatever you're planning, ya know? It's the only thing I'm worried about right now, as I want to get in during Open Beta and just lose myself in the game and make the character that will last me through the years.
yeah i have a linkshell we are playing on Moogle server [EU]
Here is some information on that below , btw we have 4 more raid spots left !
Looking for a guild/linkshell? Look no further !!! we are a semi-hardcore gaming community looking for more players to join our ranks, we will be focusing on PVE dungeons and raiding and have a a good amount of pvp oriented players !
if you have a good sense of humor are helpful and like to play mmo's as part of a group we might just be the right guild for you !!!
We are a casual - semi-hardcore gaming community looking to have fun as a group but get things accomplished like Dungeons / Raids and PVP. We believe in helping each other and making sure everyone is having fun.

I got almost the exact same titles on the summer sale. I got Spec Ops:The Line and the Deus Ex Complete set instead. This should hold me over awhile.
Playing: BF4/BF:Hardline, Subnautica 7 days to die Hiatus: EvE Waiting on: World of Darkness(sigh) Interested in: better games in general
LoL and GW2. Despite the awful community of LoL, I really enjoy playing the game. GW2 is a really great game for those of us who can only sit down to play a video game for an hour or so a night.
I'm looking forward to FFXIV:ARR, but I know it's an MMO I won't get very far with. I'll likely end up doing a lot of crafting and exploring since I detest endgame in themepark MMO's, but fortunately the world has some amazing scenery and the crafting is different enough to keep me entertained for a bit.
I've been dabbling into Firefall, trying to level up in Xenoblade Chronicles, and tinkering around in Cube World.
Firefall seems kind of flat and aimless, Xenoblade Chronicles is just flat out awesome, and Cube World is fun to play even though it's in Alpha and has a lot of potential.
Sins of a Solar Empire that I just picked up from the Steam sale.
I JUST missed Dark Souls for 75%off on Steam. That was one that could've kept me busy for quite awhile. I might still pick it up... but no hurry. I've got planets to conquer.

is it better?

Just skipping between games at the moment. Nothings really holding my attention until FF comes out.
