I think those areas are in/around Coerthas, but I don't think any of that is actually in Ishgard. Yoshi-P's indicated that it wont' be in 'til an expansion in the future, but that a storyline will be leading up to it in the meantime.
Still, awesome looking areas. Very San d'Oria type of feel.
this game is def piling on the nostalgia.
