I knew once they let the cat out of the bag today, that a lot of people who were hyped about EQN would be disappointed. I think I'm right about that. Those expecting a bit more "old school Everquest" and less cartoony graphics, oversized armors, and way over blown spell effects to a point of you not able to see much of anything...are pretty disappointed by now.
As I predicted, this game is built and catered to the mass market. Good for the company, but bad for those hoping to see an upgraded old school EQ (yet again, after they failed to deliver that in EQ2).
But it looks like it'll be a decent game with a good sizable population.
