Mounts, Travel, SOW not included?

So wizard spires are in, can't find the interview link, but someone said you can pay for ports. So I'm guessing anyone can learn to port but it is location based and or you have to go to the spire and pay some npc to port you.

With the movement/speed of the characters, does anyone think they are going to include mounts or even SOW?

The human/karran seemed to be moving pretty quickly before sprinting was done, don't see a need for SOW or speed enhancements.
