Nag or G600

My naga is on its last legs, lasted a lot longer than most mice I use, roughly 12 hours a day, the slick coverings on the base are now falling off.

My choice is buy another naga or the logitec G600 anyone got any experience with the G600 ?, whenever some part of my pc system dies I usually chose something different than I had before.

Any advice or experience welcome.

    What about buying some glue instead?  Those "slick coverings" are probably Teflon, or something close to it.  Even if those are wearing thin, you can replace them with some Teflon from a craft store or hardware store.  My mice usually only get replaced when the buttons wear our or the laser dies, and that hasn't happened in a long time for me.

    The g600 is my favorite mouse. It's a little heavy and bulky but you get used to it fast and it can be customized a ton.

    Having owned both, I prefer the g600. It's a little bulkier but IMO the side buttons are a lot easier to use.

    They used to sell teflon sticker mouse "feet" - you may still be able to find them around the internet. That being said, I think you are right about it being on it's last legs. Even if you glued the pads back on or replaced them, I doubt they would last as long as the originals.

    I had a mamba I just replaced with a G500 - the rubber grips on the sides were coming apart. Glue lasted... maybe 2 months. I could keep gluing it but it was getting very ragged, and if I tried to use it with the grips off it was pretty uncomfortable.

    Not the same mouse, I know, so I won't go into which I like better or my thoughts about the G500.

    I have a G700 which is slightly different from the G600 love it been like 2 years using it

    The new Naga is more similar to the N600 than not now. They've traded out the little buttons for mechanical buttons that are raised the same way they are on the N600. The Naga also has a tilt wheel now (finally). I take this to mean that Logitech was doing something right with their mouse. :-)

    Anyway, the difference is probably going to be down to which one feels more "right" in your hands. If you like Razer's ergonomics then go with the Razer mouse. If you like Logitech's ergonomics go with the N600.

    I can not remember winning or losing a single debate on the internet.

    I recently purchased the new Naga after reading about some of the improvements they've made over the old version based on the G600.  As someone coming from the G600, which was my upgrade from the original Naga, I have to say I'm enjoying new Naga much more than I do the G600.

    I'd have to agree it's really a matter of personal "feel" when using the mice and I found the G600 to be just a bit too clunky for my hands.  It's a GREAT mouse for those that don't mind it's overall size but in my case my little finger would get a slight numbing sensation after hours of use which I hadn't experience before with any other mouse.  Now that I've reverted back to the Naga, albeit the new one, that issue has gone away.

    Thank you for the advice, I will try the  G600 do not think I could go back to a mouse without side buttons, it has become a real hand saver for mmo games.

    Maybe the Naga is better, but I hate the G600. It's fat, it is clumsy, I can not reach all the buttons.

    I bought a G500...couldn't be happier.

    I have had both naga was my first multi button loved it but ended up with the right click issue replaced it with the G600 and I love it especially the third button have it mapped to ctrl for extra hotkeys.  The naga was slightly slimmer for my small hands I think it also depends on your grip.
