Get a clue. I could never solo a krayt. But I didn't have to be afraid of crazed durnis pre-CU. I'm no Jedi, nor did I ever aspire to become one. I was a Master ID/Master Artisan/Novice Tailor. And I have every reason to complain. They stole my game and replaced it with a broken EQ, then told me and everyone like me that the issues of artisans and entertainers didn't mean squat to them.
Is it good that the people who enjoyed bringing you mob-whappers the basic neccessities of YOUR professions have been unilaterally bitchslapped not just by SoE, but happydancing braggarts who don't even know who and what the CU has cost them?

good advice here bro, and most of the age 25 and up crowd did exactly that, leave the game, oh and those are the original Star Wars Fans, not the new generation that came in with Ep1 either. these are the people that know Star Wars like the back of their hand, grew up with the experiences etc, and frankly SWG in its current state is nothing more than Fantasy with Star Wars Skins, an utter shameful disgrace to what SWG could have been.
u can keep your precious SWG part 2, with its lame arse UI, its lame level combat system, its dumbed down and relegated to only making marginally effective item Crafting system, etc etc. Have immense fun in beta testing this CU for the next 6 months till u can get most of the bugs gone, then fight the new ones that will be introduced in every sucessive patch thats forthcoming.
SWG as i know it, died when the CU went live, its not SWG its EQ2 with star wars skins. SOE at its finest.
Here is one of the "original Star Wars" fans from 1977 ...
and I make SWG a Star Wars game. Every day I log in. By my actions. By my words. Its as Star Warsy as we make it. SWG is a game that gives as much to you as you put into it.
And I am having fun ... what more can you ask from a game ?
