Looking for a Specific Type of MMO

Hi all,

I was hoping you could help me find an MMO that meets all (or most) of my criteria.

1. I've been looking for something with non-instances player housing (think SWG) or at least VERY good and customizable player housing.
2. Medium to large community (I don't want to play something with only 1,000 people TOTAL playing it. Maybe at least 5,000-10,000 active players or more.
3. Decent crafting system that allows some level of uniqueness (again, think SWG).

Basically I guess I'm looking for something that is full on sandbox with awesome player housing. Just throwing the MMOs out there that I already have played that I don't want listed if possible: WoW, EVE (great game), SWG (favorite all time MMO), Rift, GW2, EQ2, minecraft (not sure if to consider an MMOwith servers but great game).

When it comes out, The Repopulation is for you. Seems like the spiritual successor to SWG.

Thanks for your reply! Do you happen to know when they expect to release The Depopulation? I've heard of it and it sounds awesome.

Also, does anyone know anything about Wurm Online? That one also seemed quite sandboxy and awesome.
