what will be the unofficial Uk server? 

Where most people will play. Still unsure what server to pick :(

    it was essentially Moogle, but some brits FCs are moving to Odin. So I think you will not go wrong choosing either.

    Does that mean they are moving away from their universal servers thing?  At least with FF11 you'd be mixed with people from all regions and I'm fairly certain FF14 was the same initially.

    It's just where the data centers are. You can play wherever you want and the duty finder draws from all servers.

    Idk if they're moving away from that but if I was looking for a server with europeans to play with I would join the one that has the servers located in Europe like mentioned above. You'll get better ping rates and if it's officially noted as a European server I'm sure you'll have a pretty good chance of running into a few more Europeans there then on an NA or JP server.
