in Final Fantasy XIV
So im trying to pre-order from the se site and it wants me to log in but it wont accept my beta account. When I just try and buy it without logging in it wants a nickname and a password making me think it is going to link that game with some new account. I don't want to lose my one day of beta 4 from playing in beta 3. I really cant believe that it is this difficult. I mean seriously how long have they been working on all this stuff.

    I think it's just asking you to make a SE member account.

    I pre-ordered 2 digital CE's while logged in to my member account, and it didn't manually link either one. My wife and I went into our respective SE member accounts and registered the games using the provided serial numbers. They were on the order confirmation screen as well as in the follow email. Email took about 12 hours to get through though.

    Sounds like you might have a FFXIV beta account, but not an actual SE member account?

    Yes I have a beta account, what I don't want to happen is play 4 days open beta on my beta account and then not be able to convert it to head start. Its just confusing.

    Yes, just make sure they put the code on the receipt ;).
