is Dekaron global/EU IP blocked for USA? I can't seem to past their registration captcha after trying all types of ways to enter it and after downloading the game I click the shortcut and instead of launching the game it launches their website.

 

I was surprised to see how active the game still is they seem to have almost tripled their classes, maps and have received tons of patches. I would like to try the game again to see if I can rekindle that feeling I used to have grinding with my Vicious summoner.
