Any official word on NDA?

in Final Fantasy XIV
Since phase 4 is an open beta, is there any official word yet as to the NDA.  Many games drop the NDA once they go open beta.

    There was a post in the japanese forums that was translated and said that streaming the open beta will not be allowed.
