Pre-order game code?

in Final Fantasy XIV

Hi guys..

I just pre-order game almost 2 months ago, but i have not received any game code or something similar, only that my account is linked to the game, do i need to receive something like a code or its just all correct?

    hello, what do you mean linked to the game? I'm guessing that's a BETA key which you used previously?

    I suggest you email or message the store/online shop where you ordered the pre-order copy and ask them for the early access key and promotional stuff that comes with the pre-order. If they do not reply quickly I would suggest cancelling your order and go for a more reputable seller i.e amazon. They normally email the codes to your email just after you have purchased the product.

    Whoever you preorder from, you should contact them.
