For those that might find this information useful, this is the official TeamSpeak server for the pre-Alpha testing of the game:
TS Server: T325.DARKSTARLLC.COM:10545
which is so far a requirement if you want to join the pre-Alpha tests. So far there´s no fixed schedule; things usually get moving about 21-22hrs PST, and with a bit of luck you may catch Ethan himself there.
