Theres some footage of the human male doing attack moves. Looks like the Tempest class.

    It looks like action footage .. which I reject in an EQ game.

     

    The character select looked OK though (if it was real).

     

    For the rest .. looks like action combat suitable for a console (PS4), not for a PC.  If this is EQ1 rebooted, then the joke is on fans.

    And it was part of teh whole unveiling.

    EQN will have Action Combat, it is not a reboot of EQ.

    That is from the Class Panel at SOE Live (I just skimmed what you linked, assuming it is just him doing a voice over of the actual panel video).

    There is quite a bit of info out there. From the reveal, follow up panels, twitter, interviews/videos from almost all major gaming sites, reddit responses, etc. Even the phone App they released has 10 "hidden" video clips. The reveal was just the start.

    Many posters on here have clearly not even seen the reveal video, let alone any of the follow up info based on comments and assumptions that are made. Wish everyone would at least see video in the sticky for this forum and that they would add in the panels and other major announcements to make it easier for everyone to find info.

    If you want to be a mage but hate leveling it you can level your warrior and take those points and put them into the mage.

    Very curious how this will work. Essentially could main a Warrior and have a "Tiered Up" Cleric as well, even though you don't like healing and if group needs one, you'll have it available. Skip all the work you would have to put into a class/build you don't enjoy, but still have the option of playing it with the time you invested in something you do like. Sure many will dislike it, but it allows people to unlock and "tier up" all classes without literally having to play 40+ classes evenly. Maybe you want to only play a Warrior but you really want a Wizard Tier 4 Offense ability, system would allow you to skip the Wizard playtime and go for the ability. GIVE US MORE INFO SOE!
