Problems with downloading beta 4 client

I bought the game a while ago and today signed up for the beta, when I want to login at the SE page for my account details it works but when it asks for my details to download the client it says I'm unknown? So I reset my password, everything goes fine and once again the same error pops up again at the download page.
So now the system appareantly knows I'm a member, I bought the game, applied a code (can't sign up again) yet it refuses to let me login to the download pages, just awesome.
Support doesn't respond for a week now (as I have more problems with logging in every time), I'm on the edge of just refunding my money, I never had this many problems with a game before.
Am I alone with this kind of ridiculous problems on that shitty website?

You probably got an email at some point to go here to download, because I don't think anyone even shows as having bought the game on there SE account.
