like the game after level 15 the dungeon and ifrit was fun. But the first 15 levels was boring and doesn't have a good introduction.
Really bummed me out they made me like a dam delivery boy going place to place then coming back and the cycle repeats. Some quest were fun like the guild quest and guildhest/leve quest but I HATE THE SIDE QUESTS.
You could go 1-50 easily without touching a sidequest, so that's good news for you.
I don't mind them at all though.
I'd like to ask, how is that possible?
Hunting logs, farming mobs, fates, levequests. Lots of ways.
It's good enough but it's just another (solid) option among the current and upcoming MMOs.
I like how the industry is branching out to differentiate themselves from one another - this, Wildstar, ESO, EQNext, etc. are all offering different things to cater to different tastes. Another important note is the fact that these games are not being rushed - the developers are actually learning. Competition and choice is healthy and this is a good step for the industry.

My friend was mad how slow he was leveling his second class telling me " there are no more quests!!" , I have 3 classes to 20 now and I did exactly what you have mentioned. I really hope exp curve will go up because this is just too easy

Don't play it then and go troll some other forums.
If you can't take a statement that goes against what you believe than you shouldn't post on mmorpg.com. It's well known for people posting negative about games. Best defense is to not acknowledge it and they get bored and move on to other threads.
Ok I will be honest been playing it sense yesterday morning 8:30am on PS3 mostly but also on PC in the evening after kids go to bed. Games really good it has the feel of XI with some much needed stuff. The graphics are stunning on both PS3 but better on PC more crisp but I like using the gamepad on this game. Now I wont be buying the game my self to be truthful why because I am tired of the old style I ready for new. So I hope the ones who truly like this game enjoy it and have alot of fun with it I might try it again later down the road but for now I will stick to GW2 and Defiance.

Wait how? this will seriously be very useful information for me?
Loot from mobs is for crafting and nothing else really. Only dungeons, quests, guildhests, and leves will give you gear. Now not always keep in mind. This game will not swamp you gear (unless you try to level a lot of different classes at the same time).
When I hit level 10 I went to Limsa Lominsa and picked up fishing... and damned if I haven't spent the last two days fishing lol. It's addictive. The "Fishing Log" is actually pretty cool. I've had a blast finding new fishing spots and trying to catch each variety of fish that they have. It's refreshing to play a game where you actually have to select the type of bait that specific fish respond to and not just point and click. There are even certain fish you can only catch at night etc.. The sad thing is that I hit level 15 on fishing before hitting it with my Marauder lol. I'm having a blast with this game and plan on playing it for a long time. So far so good.
The start of the game is a bit boring , running around A LOT isn't fun .
Pros.
Lots of players
Trinity
Graphics look pretty good
Cons
First few levels is mostly running around and really boring.
Loot from creatures seems pretty bad .
The cut scenes feel like watching a silent movie. ( I guess SWTOR has spoilt me )
Nothing new just a standard WOW Clone .
Everybody keeps saying this. What is a "Standard WoW clone"? Looking back from 1999 through 2007, you pretty much had the EQ and WoW titles that matched this particular description. But then everyone wanted WoW's base right? That's what we've all remembered. And sure that may be correct. But in the market place, what game out there is like EQ/WOW? All the subsequent clones, even the original titles have "evolved" into something else. Currently, FF14 is closer to that older model than even the original titles that defined the sub-genre.
Who ever want's a decent subscription based theme park with plenty of meta-game and no Cash Shop has no other options. WoW, maybe, but even that game sells stuff from the web site and the meta-game in WoW has gone to shit.
If you want that kind of game, this one is it. It's the only one. Is it perfect? No, but it's a dam good one. I haven't played an MMO and felt like "Dam, what should I do next?" because I've had so many options within a game since WoW TBC.
I've already pre-ordered but alas my motherboard went bad a few weeks ago. I'll probably be joining everyone either right before launch or way after. le sigh.

It seems like I have finally found a world I want to live in, not just an amazing game.
Time will tell for sure but for now it seems like this is it.

The loot is for crafting.. That's the way I like it Also I don't understand the WoW clone thing.. This game is different in so many ways.
