How Do You Hide A Hotbar?

So I found this super helpful link:

It says when you're in the Hud Menu, you can right click a hotbar to hide it, however, when I right click anything in this menu, nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong?

If you actually in the menu and right clicking it doesn't hide it then it's bugged for you because that's exactly how I do it.  There's also a menu for in in character customization in the system menu I think.

It is one of the configuration under hotbars where you can turn on or off the hotbar by checking the box. I do not usually click the screen for anything so have not encountered any moving boxes . Hmm must check when I do log in.

I've gone into the "character configuration" menu under UI Settings and didn't see anything about the petbar. When I click on esc, then select "Hud Layout" I can click on the pet hotbar to highlight it but nothing happens when I right click, same as when I right click on any other hotbar.

Now under the "Hud Layout" when I right click other hotbars, they will turn purple then turn white with each click, except the pet hotbar doesn't do that. I don't know if the title of the hotbar changing from purple to white is how it's typically hidden but the pet hotbar doesn't seem to do that.
