You are correct, the phase 4 open beta client is the correct one we will be using at launch, although im sure there will be a patch or 2 from now till friday/sat.

ok cool. I have been trying for 24 hours to download this game and everytime I do, I get an error, somwhere in the middle which stops the download. I then have to close it out, aaannnnnd start all over again. It doesn't recognize any of my previous downloads so in the end, I have to dowload 5 gigs without any problems. I am seriously considering cancelling my pre-order download and buying an actual copy.

Since OB is over now you'll likely be able to download with less incident.  Their servers/network were kind of stressed for the past few days.

 

There are probably a lot of confused people still trying to access beta too since it was seeming to me in-game yesterday that people didn't grasp when beta was going to end.  The whole 2am (PST) start and end time thing somewhat showed why this game needed to be dumbed down to infantile.
