in Final Fantasy XIV

I pre ordered this game yesterday but the only thing I can download is a pdf file containing instructions on how to register for early access.  Is this correct?  Can I not download the game until the servers go live or something?  When I search my orders, I find more of the same, a green button to download the pdf file, but nothing to download the actual game.  It looks like this,

 

 

FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn [PC DOWNLOAD]
  • PC Digital Download
  • Electronic Download
 

 

FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn Pre-Order Bonus Package
  •  

 with a Green "download now" button under the pre order stuff, but nothing under the actual game. 

 

Am I missing something really obvious here?
