NA Pre-Order code entry Page

in Final Fantasy XIV

Just entered my pre-order code in the page with no problems. Immediately received my Early access code and entered it with no hitches also. Everyone experiencing problems might want to give it another go.

    I pre-ordered this afternoon.  No issues - smooth as butter.

    Process isn't even hard to follow - READ INSTRUCTIONS.

    Just now entered my 18 digit code and it finally worked.  Went to enter my 20 digit code and it says its for wrong region.

    You have anything in your account that confirms the Early Access? I went through all that fine but there's no additions to my account that list Early Access.

    You have anything in your account that confirms the Early Access? I went through all that fine but there's no additions to my account that list Early Access.

     

    Still has an earlier registration date June 14 2013 from betas. When I entered the 20 digit code it said my account was ready for early access so hopefully that info on the account page updates eventually.

    As for confirmation, yes - I got it.

    Looked on my dashboard and it lists FFXIV:ARR as registered on 8/21.

    Well I have that from attempting to register the 18 character code yesterday. But on the square-enix.com account site it still has nothing updated from my entry of the 20 character code for today. The only information on there that I have is from playing the 1.0 back in 2010.

    Wish their accounting system was more clear, I recieved the 'You successfully Pre-Ordered' website after entering the code, but it said nothing  about Early Access, so I figured I would look around on the square account website, but there's nothing there that indicates I did anything today. It even says under Service Accounts -> FFXIV - Code registration currently unavailable.

    Dangit.  Just realized g2play gave me a link to the eu registration site - and it went through.  Now na site is still giving me error 3.

    Yes, I got that as well. Entered the new code, and it told me I pre-ordered. It also said I should receive an email with that code, which I still have not received. So I went to check on the account site to see if there's anything on their accounting website that indicates I successfully pre-ordered, and I can't find anything.

    Same here, their page seems to have exploded again.

    P.S. Xarnthal try this webpage http://na.square-enix.com/us/home

    Log in and click my Profile on the upper right and it should show that the game has been registered and have the proper date.

    Yes, I got that as well. Entered the new code, and it told me I pre-ordered. It also said I should receive an email with that code, which I still have not received. So I went to check on the account site to see if there's anything on their accounting website that indicates I successfully pre-ordered, and I can't find anything.

     

    I'm in the same boat.  It hasn't shown up on the secure site where my other betas showed up at, but it is showing up at the one I saw yesterday after getting the error messages.  I"m guessing we are all fine, and their system is slow to update.  The secure site will have to get used to set up payment plans so hopefully it'll get updated soon enough.

    If you registered your 20 digit code and saw the two items being applied to your service account, then I *think* its a wait and see game.  Ok, I HOPE its just a wait and play on Saturday game :)

    yeh, it has the game as registered from yesterday, not today. I was attempting to enter the 18-code yesterday, as Amazon told me I could, and I was getting the Error3 message. When I tried today on that same site it gave me the 20-code, but no update to the date or any indication that anything I did today went through.

    yeh, it has the game as registered from yesterday, not today. I was attempting to enter the 18-code yesterday, as Amazon told me I could, and I was getting the Error3 message.     I see, well I hope it works out ok for you. My profile says I registered the product today but as I said I still have not got the email. However seeing as it's showing as registered I am just going to assume I will be able to play on Saturday.

    I have still been getting Error 3 today and just now after I tried it again but when I went to the profile page, it says the game was registered today, so I guess I'm good to go.  I hope I still get the moogle hat and cait sith doll though

    My Pre-Order is a CE, I'm supposed to be getting the mount and helmet too.

    Hope that goes through...

    But my account also says PS3 finally instead of PC with a registration date of yesterday lol

    Oh well, as long as the game works on Saturday...

    I have the 1.0 CE.

     

    Wary of entering one of these preorder codes.  I did the order and cancel thing with amazon but I think it was for the regular game.  Hoping I can apply it without it setting me at the status of the game I preordered, the "standard" non CE version.

    Wife and I both got our 20 digit codes and shows what items you are getting. All working fine.

    I just got it to work with my 18 digit "serial number/product code" from my order.
